The Voodoos are inching along. Need to pointy up their noses some and make a pair of pitot tubes.
A lot of effort going in a bunch of different directions since the last time I checked in. Such is usually the case. My Saab fan is getting another trio, and this one is the closest to the finish line at the moment. Heller kit. Typical Heller kit.
Really good news is the finish requested is the current gray. Before I pack it all in though, I DO want to have a crack at the outrageous Swedish splinter camo these beasts are famous -- or infamous -- for.
The Voodoos are looking good and nice to see a Viggen as well.Looking forward to seeing the finished products. When you do the blackened canopies, are they just painted black or semi-transparent?

Just black paint. So often multi-piece canopies fit so poorly in the closed position, a coat of black paint to hide filler or vacuforming a proper clear one are the only alternatives I see. Black paint is the speedy choice.
